Hello,
Since 10249 lindvior update there seams to be an issue, random times mobs stop aggro-ing players.

if re reload spawns, in hellfire they are not respawning, but aggro is working again.

please check mobs ai.

exemple: you hit monster, but monster is not going after you.

10649 , but this started since revision 10249 as i ve said .

also, one time, i was not home to restart server and in few hours mobs started beeing good again ( after 10 hours or so)

Please, never reload the spawn from admin panel.
And update to the last rev. and if that occurs again, please check ur CPU proccess and RAM allocation.
