We just notice that the Crystals D are getting autoconsumed without the dwarf summon summoned, and its spamming on system window (no summon summoned):
A summoned monster uses Crystal (D-grade)
On this screenshot you will see the character doesnt have the summon out and he just crystalized a weapon to get crystal d, on the moment he got the crystals they started to get consumed automatically.

this happens if the character had the summon before and lost it for lack of crystals, he losses the summon and the message in system still spams the lack of crystals and when the player gets crystals they start to get consumed even without summon on

Also happens if the character unsummon , the crystals still gets consumed.
