The skill is working wrong, chain is not enable, check min 0:56

So you assume that for this skill chain strike CANNOT be assigned?

It's not being enabled now in l2scripts, or at least didn't activate for me.

yet in your video mass hellbinding does not activate the combo (you've shown the normal one)

In the video activate, check again that the user has in target a mob that is not flying(was not affected by the mass hellbinding). When he change target to a flying mob the yellow button appears.

we'll talk about this in skype, I have doubts about this two skills, we have feo in l2off, we'll check it there.
It's impossible for this skill animation to cast less than 10 sec and I dunno how did you manage u find this video.
