I'm back with this.

1 - The skill is aborted without animation and without fail message to the user.
2 - I tested several times and sometimes the character cast skill till end and at then shows the message "Dimensional Binding fail".

That's all.

Fixed, tested + closed bug if you cancel the skill by escape button the effect is also cancled.
