ertheia oct 15 core

needed a config for in game ertheia antibot time in wich question is displayed also, if no answer to question then kick player.

now is not kicking player if they do not answer question, also the answer window is displayed too long.

there's no "didn't answer" option in confirm dlg, the default answer is always "no", the answer lasts for 30 sec, not so long I think. If you need something more specific, let me knwo in skype.
