Skills Celestial Protection (11758): Renders the selected party member invincible for 10 seconds

when use will have both 2 effect apply to party member: invincible for 10 seconds (1st effect) and when 10s of effect invincible finish, second effect - Lingering Protection (11833) - will be apply for 60s.

Problem is: not have first effect: invincible for 10 seconds
