After following the seeker (ID = 32988) in the fourth floor you have to teleport to the fifth floor.
The bug is that when you reach the fifth floor you receive all the time a message saying that you have to teleport to the fifth floor when already you are there.

The quest cannot be completed.

fixed, change the hound dog spawn location on the 5th floor.
