ClanHalls NPC has very low MP , i dont know if this is classic setting or is wrong , but it has no sense
I tested with the Golden and Silver Chamber clanhall at Giran and they run out of MP after 5 buffs only , the clanhalls are in level 8 (maximum)

The problem could be also the MP needed by the buffs wich i think is veryhigh (something like 400 or 500 mp each buff)
